So..I am obsessed with photography, and I plan to go to Savannah College of Art and Design once I complete High School. And so I'm always looking at cameras, reading blogs about cameras, studying photography, and entering photography contests. And so tonight...


I came across this lovely Camera(: Its great.


And I plan on [Instead of going on the Honors Field Trip in May] getting this camera. I have read so many fantastic reviews about it...And one of the big 'pluses' is that its completely adorable. (: I could definitely see me and TheFriends looking gorgeous in our pictures from it!

That time we got 'Cabin Fever'..

Definition of Cabin Fever- When you are stuck in a house in the mountains because of snow and cannot do a thing. 

Well, as you know -from my previous post- I was in Gatlinburg Christmas weekend..And boy, was it interesting. 

Lets just make this short. I almost DIED from Cabin Fever. Seriously. We were running out of things to do..And it kinda sorta pretty much basically..

Sucked. 

But anywho, here are some pictures from the trip (: Enjoy!

Snow+Christopher Egan?

Snow+Christopher Egan= One very happy 14year old.


Snow. 


Yes. It snowed today in Lil' Ole' Calhoun (: I woke up at 11:14 today and it was snow flurrying. I also woke up to cooked breakfast from the madre! 
I didn't really get to use my new camera**, like I wanted :/ But I am pretty sure it will be snowing more, very shortly. The truth is, is that I really love the snow, but despise the cold..Its pretty frigged up. But in addition to waking up to snow and an amazing breakfast...
Mom recently bought me Letters To Juliet with Christopher Egan and Amanda Seyfried(The girl from Dear John who I despise for many reasons.) So, we watched it. And lemme tell you, it was great -not the movie, but the whole idea of sipping on hot chocolate, snow falling rapidly outside the window, fireplace going, and watching the oh-so-great Christopher Egan! 


Wow. I am having a "Fangirl" moment right now! 

Mmm..Christopher Egan..Ooh la la.

**Soooo, about my new camera! 
Well its pretty amazing, great, extraordinary, yea..You know what I mean. I love it!


I didn't get pink though, just the plain silver Nikon Coolpix S4000. Its all touch screen. If you are looking for a new point and shoot digital, GO WITH NIKON!

Holga. Hahaha.

So, my friends..I just found out what a Holga Camera is. Now on Photobucket there is a photography category that is named 'Holga'. And I just now realized about 5 minutes ago that that is a type of camera. And get this, its made of plastic. A plastic camera? Yes, there is like no lens either. Its pretty weird. But I want one! Really really bad now. They take great pictures!(: 


But now, I guess you might be wondering, why on earth am I not at the Assembly?! 
Well. Both of my parents happen to be sick. In bed. And me stuck on the couch eating poptarts. Yea, sounds fun right? Wrong. This sucks. I was really really really hoping to get to go to the Assembly to see everyone, but apparently my parents' health is just not wanting to be my friend right now. So. I guess we will be going BOTH days NEXT weekend. 


...So much for going to Gadsden...
